Office 365 allows users to add or change their account profile photo with a personal one. The profile photo could be shown on Outlook and other Office 365 services so users can easily identify the right person. Notes:

1. Your photo will appear everywhere there's a profile photo circle in Office 365.
2. The photo uploaded should be a JPG, PNG or GIF format and should not be larger than 4MB.
