To facilitate speedy and convenient payments of fees, the Online Payment Portal (OPP) that supports Alipay, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay and credit cards was launched in Jan 2025. Students can settle hostel-related fees that are currently only available on on-campus Octopus Payment Machines, including payments for lost/damaged items and summer storage, student visitor overnight stay fees and unauthorized resident penalties, on the platform. Additionally, OPP also supports the top-up of EdUHK ChatGPT credits and print quotas for students.

 

OPP can be accessed via The Portal. Navigate to the Stu Affairs tab after logging in, and select Online Payment Portal. 

 

 

 

 

 

OPP is also accessible through the MyEdUHK mobile app.
