In order to optimize and align all of the processes that boards partake in, the board management software "Azeus Convene" has been adopted in EdUHK on selected committees, boards and senior management levels. Convene helps to compile and distribute papers, generate minutes, voting and, carry forward actions items for meetings.
Who can access?
Users have to apply for the access on Azeus Convene, please refer to the How to apply for specific Meeting Type/User Groups on Convene?" session for details .
How to access?
- For meeting organisers:
User applied for the Convene account will receive a welcome email. User can follow the instruction to access the service. Convene provides a web interface called "Board Portal" for meeting organiser to compile their meeting. To access the Board Portal, please visit https://eduhk-hk.azeusconvene.com. Then login with your EdUHK network account name and password.

- For participants:
Meeting participants have to use the "Convene app" to view meeting documents. User can download the "Convene app" from the link included in the meeting reminder email. Or you can download and install the Convene app (iOS, Android, Windows or Macintosh) at https://www.azeusconvene.com/support/downloads.

- Convene macOS app (v7.41) for Intel processor
- Convene macOS app (v7.41) for Apple processor

Configure Convene mobile App
For mobile or tablet, you can get the App for your system accordingly:
Meeting participants have to configure the Convene app on the first launch.
- Launch the Convene app then click "set up the app manually".
- Enter the organization name as eduhk-hk.azeusconvene.com, then click Continue.
- Enter your Convene/EdUHK network username, then click Next. (Note: Don't use the email address as the username.)
- For users with EdUHK account, enter your EdUHK network username and password, then click Submit. (Note: Don't use the email address as the username.)
For users only have Convene account, enter your email address as the username, then click continue.
Enter your password, then click Sign In. - Check always open eduhk-hk.azeusconvene.com to open links of this type in the assicated app. (Note: Don't use the email address as the username.)

How to apply for specific Meeting Type/User Groups on Convene?
On the Convene environment, there is Meeting Type for user to label the meeting to categorize various meetings. User cannot create Meeting type by themselves. Please contact Mr Ivan LAM at extension x6548 for details.
