The Lenovo S10 comes with a recovery system. If the Windows system is crashed or infected with virus, you can restore it back to the initial state.Please backup your data before restoring the system as the process will remove some user data and settings in C: drive. If needed, consult our technician in IT Help Desk counter at C-LP-20.
Procedures:
- Turn off the netbook and connect it with AC power supply using the adapter.
- Press and hold the OneKey Recovery
key until it shows Windows is loading files at the bottom. - When the OneKey Rescue System is ready, you will see an icon OneKey Recovery on the left hand side. Click on it.
- Click System Recovery
- Choose Restore from user's backup and click Next.
- Just click Next for the Select restoration point session.
- Click Start, then click OK to begin when prompt for restore now.
- It will take about 12 minutes. When it is finished, the message The restoration is complete will prompt. Then click OK
- Click Done and it will go back to the pervious screen. Then click Reboot to restart the system.
