Avaya Workplace is a software phone (Softphone) that allows users to enjoy the functionality of a desk phone from their mobile device. If you find that the Avaya Workplace app is working irresponsibly, you can try to reset the app. Please follow the following steps.
- On the “Top of Mind” home screen, tap on the “Menu” button.
- Then, tap on the “Setting” button.
- On the Setting Menu, tap on the “Support” .
- On the Support Menu, tap on the “Reset Application”.
- Tap “OK” to reset the application.
