Avaya Workplace is a software phone (Softphone) that allows users to enjoy the functionality of a desk phone from their mobile device. If you find that the Avaya Workplace app is working irresponsibly, you can try to reset the app. Please follow the following steps.


  1. On the “Top of Mind” home screen, tap on the “Menu” button.

  3. Then, tap on the “Setting” button.

  5. On the Setting Menu, tap on the “Support” .

  7. On the Support Menu, tap on the “Reset Application”.

  9. Tap “OK” to reset the application.
