You can choose to forward incoming emails to another address in Gmail. For details, please see How to forward mail to another account.

1. If an invalid email address is used for email forwarding while “Delete a Mail copy” is selected, all your emails will be lost.

2. Users should clean up the mailbox regularly, particularly when “Keep local copy” is selected. Otherwise, you cannot send or receive when email usage exceeds the quota limit.
