- To address students' ad hoc needs for notebook computers to support their learning on the campus, OCIO has introduced a "One-day Notebook Loan" service.
- All full-time and part-time students are eligible to borrow, on a need-basis, one notebook from the Tai Po IT Help Desk Service Counter by presenting their EdU Cards.
- To serve the basic needs of users, the notebooks are installed with Windows 10 and MS Office 2016.
- The notebook on loan must be returned in good condition within the opening hour of the IT Help Desk Service Counter on the same day. Students who fail to do so will be fined and may also be suspended from the OCIO loan services. The borrower is responsible for any damage and loss of the loan item.
- Details of overdue fines and charges for damages and loss are available in the OCIO loan service policy (ocio/loan-services).
- The number of notebooks for loan are limited and your kind consideration is mostly appreciated.
