Most of PC/printers or peripherals supported by OCIO are under maintenance/warranty. Report the problem to IT Help Desk Hotline at 2948 6601 and professional service engineer will fix the problem.

For equipment that need to return to vendor for repair, subject to availability similar or better model will be provided as a replacement. For equipment which fail frequently, OCIO will replace it with a similar or better model so as to reduce interruption to users' work.
