[Flourishing@EdUHK] Act of Kindness
Have you ever experienced a time when your friend was depressed and you did not know what to do? Apart from listening to their needs, you can also take the initiatives to be with them.
Act of Kindness collaborates with “LevelMind@JC” where you will learn about what mental health is and how to care for peers with mild emotional distress, as well as building positive interpersonal relationships together. Let’s build positive relationships with others together. Activities includes:
- Acquire peer counselling skills from professional social workers and psychologists
- Organize self-initiated activities to show care to your peers
- Learn about Positive Education and establish positive attitudes towards life
Learn to be a peer, listen and treat others sincerely.
