Every year for Fat Tuesday (“Mardi Gras”), French people used to bake typical carnival doughnuts (“beignet de carnaval”), sprinkled with icing sugar.
It is a delicious dish, for the enjoyment of young and old alike!
During this event, I will explain you my carnival traditions, explain you the different ingredients and the recipe, and let you cook!
This year, Mardi gras will happen on the 21st of February. Join me on this day to bake and eat beignets de carnaval together!
