疫情未止,你有否情緒低落、焦慮、精神崩緊或不能放鬆⋯⋯? 我們可以如何更有效去幫助他們舒緩精神和情緒上的困擾呢?這個體驗式工作坊將教授不同的調節及安定情緒法,包括:覺察、安舒、安穩、專注、距離分隔、控制衝動以及建立正面情緒,讓你更能善用內在資源,增強情緒回復能力。 This experiential workshop aims to coach students ways for regulating their emotions and self-soothing. By participating in this workshop, you can learn and try out different ways aiming at: awareness, calming, focusing, distancing, impulse control and developing positive affect, which help you better utilize your inner resources and enhance your emotional resilience. |
