I-WELL is now recruiting 200 Ethnic Minorities living in Hong Kong to complete a 20-mins online questionnaire. This research project is investigating the Self-Efficacy Beliefs and Attitudes towards Entrepreneurship of Ethnic Minorities in Hong Kong.

This program of research aims to characterize biobehavioral pathways to health disparities in childhood and beyond. A mixed-methods approach is used to examine how social factors at the neighborhood, family, and individual level interact to confer risk for psychopathology and chronic health conditions. I

This research is conducted by HKU Department of Psychology (I-WELL, EdUHK as the supporting unit), it explores how saccade impact on visual attention of children with Attention Deficits Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

"WeCycle III/Changing the Cycle - Bicycle Tour Guides and Volunteer Training Program Graduation Ceremony and Storybook Sharing" has successfully concluded. We would like to express our gratitude to all the course instructors and partners for taking the time to attend and support the bicycle tour guides and volunteers.

Approximately 200 individuals from various sectors of society participated in the online seminar titled "WeCycle III: Evaluating the Effectiveness of Bicycle Rehabilitation through Eye-tracking Technology" held at The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) on May 26, 2021. The seminar aimed to provide insights into the effectiveness of bicycle sports in drug rehabilitation and the use of eye-tracking technology to identify drug addiction through eye movements.

Organized by the Lifelong Development for Autistic Children, and supported by I-WELL, [The Challenges and Promises of Spiritual Care for SEN Individuals in the Church] is being explored. Through 6 thematic lectures and interactive discussions, the seminar aims to examine how the church can respond to the spiritual pastoral care needs of SEN individuals, children, and families, thereby formulating more effective strategies for the development of SEN ministries.

Purpose: To share information about positive education and the practices and effects of mindfulness/meditation education in schools. Date: March 27, 2021 (Saturday) Time: 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM Location: Hong Kong Teachers Centre, 19 Shafford Path, Kwun Tong (Due to the epidemic, the event will also be conducted online) Target Audience: Educators interested in developing a positive culture in schools.

The clinical work of Dr Lorinda KWAN-CHEN (Affiliated researcher of IWELL and Senior Lecturer of SEC) on the establishment of tele-practice (online therapy) in Hong Kong since 2016 and during covid-19 has been recognized by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA)

Ms. Kwok Yee Tak, Speech Therapist, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Special Education and Counseling, The Hong Kong University of Education, and Professional Committee Member of Integrated Centre of Wellbeing, shared her experience with other parents and teachers who are working hard to protect their children in the midst of the epidemic.
