Before Heading Home

• Submit all your assignments, finish examinations, arrange to collect transcript and obtain necessary documents to support your Block Credit Transfer application (e.g. course outline timetable and contact hours).
• Complete check-out procedures for your housing, e.g. return keys, default the setting of the furniture and arrange for housing deposit refund (if any).
• Close your local bank account (if any)
• Pay all outstanding bills or fines. Return all the library books you borrowed.
• Inform the International Office of your host institution for your date of departure.
• Inform GAO and your family any date changes to your original itinerary. Update GAO your return date & flight

If you are staying longer to travel, ensure your visa and entry stamp will remain valid, and your insurance covers the additional period
