About Student Exchange Programmes – Outbound
The Education University of Hong Kong has established exchange partnership with more than 130 institutions over the world, including the Greater China Region. Over the last ten years, more than 1,700 UG students have participated in Student Exchange Programmes worldwide.
Students can study abroad for one semester by joining the Student Exchange Programme(SEP). Credits gained during the exchange study are transferrable. Those transferred credits can be used to fulfill the credit requirement for graduation.

SEP participants generally have very high expectation about SEP. Over 90% of the participants expressed that the expected learning outcomes were met, and agreed that SEP had given them a valuable experience and improvements in various areas of professional and personal development in terms of professional excellence, ethical responsibility, innovation, global perspectives and personal development.
