Hello everyone. Welcome (back) to EdUHK. My name is Michelle Gu. I am an Associate Professor at the Department of English Language Education as well as the Head of Department. I particularly welcome RPg applications from students interested in the following research areas:
- Multilingualism and Mobility
- EMI in Higher Education
- Identity and (digital) Citizenship Studies
- Cross-cultural Communication
I would also be delighted to meet current students who would like to explore any of the above areas—whether or not you specialise in them. I believe that multidisciplinary collaboration helps broaden our perspectives and drives impactful research. I look forward to meeting many of you on campus.
