With grateful thanks!
The teachers and students in Inner Mongolia presented our delegation with a collection of their original poetry writings, expressing their gratitude and telling the story of how much they treasured the valuable learning experience brought to them by the HKIEd. The following comments also give us an insight into their hopes and aspirations for the future.

"I teach Chinese, Mathematics, Art, Music and Physical Education in a primary school. Our Headmaster told me that I may need to teach English next year. I have been very worried, as I knew nothing about English." (An Inner Mongolian teacher)

"I am the only hope of my family. I have to study hard to improve my family's life and to free us from poverty. Entering the university is a path I must follow." (An Inner Mongolian student)
