Student Exchange Programmes 2023/24 – 2^nd Round Recruitment is now open for application!

The Global Affairs Office (GAO) has connected with around 120 partner institutions worldwide with good reputation and academic standing. Student Exchange Programmes (SEP) provide a broad range of courses across disciplines including but not limited to science, social sciences, humanities, sport science, management and education.

Interested students are highly recommended to attend the Preparatory/ Information/ On-site Consultation Sessions to obtain first-hand information about SEP.

Interested students should read through the summary and be aware of the specific requirements set by individual exchange institutions. 

Application Procedures

1. Log on to GEMS via Portal (under Teaching & Learning)/ http://gems.eduhk.hk with your EdUHK network ID and password;
2. Complete the online application before the stipulated deadline;
3. Apart from filling out the required information, you will need to indicate your preference on the exchange institution(s);
4. For applicants who have chosen exchange institution(s) with specific language proficiency requirements, it is mandatory for you to upload a valid proof of language proficiency (i.e. IELTS, TOFEL, supporting letter on English proficiency from professor, JLPT, etc.) at the time of your application and late submission of supporting document will not be accepted;
5. You may update your application data, including your preferred exchange institutions, and review your application any time before the deadline;
6. Your latest submission in GEMS will be regarded as your final submission;
7. Once you’ve submitted the application, you hereby declare that the information provided is true and correct. Any willful dishonesty may render refusal of this application or other disciplinary actions imposed by EdUHK;

9. Application Deadline: 09:00, 17 April 2023
