In return for the Sponsors’ commitment, blue skies BPs are
expected to:

1. Attend the Purpose and Commitment.

2. Complete all Exploration tasks.

3. Formally commit to blue skies.

4. Attend the blue skies Live-in-Learning and Showcase Forum.

5. Attend the Stimulus Series, Cluster Connection and the
Learning Square Meetings.

6. Spend a minimum of one full-day for Shadowing their Sponsor.

7. Remain in frequent contact by telephone or email to discuss
issues or problems raised by your Sponsor or other Learning
Square members.

8. Adopt a proactive approach to learning within the Learning
Square and supporting fellow BPs.

9. Attend the blue skies Celebration at the end of the
programme.
