1. Communicate the principles and
procedures of blue skies to BPs and
guide them through the learning
processes.
2. Create a professional context for learning that allows BPs to
demonstrate their achievement and expertise.
3. Facilitate self-assessment and reflection by BPs and promote
dialogue with them about their professional achievement and
expertise.
4. Review evidence about the performance and behaviour of BPs
in their school contexts and beyond.
5. Conduct collaborative discussions with BPs in an efficient,
effective and supportive manner.
6. Frame open and searching questions in order to deep the
capacity of BPs’ professional capability, achievement and
expertise and listen effectively to the responses.
7. Record relevant reflection on the workings of the Learning
Square.
8. Exercise sound judgment about BPs' achievements and
expertise.
9. Provide open and honest comment to Learning Squares and
ensure the relationship within these remain respectful and
productive.
