Expectations
blue skies Sponsors are expected to:
1. Formally commit to the blue skies
programme.
2. Attend Sponsor development
meetings to become familiar with
their role and to build the skills
necessary to become an effective Sponsor.
3. Attend the Stimulus Series and organize and facilitate the
Learning Square Meetings.
4. To allow Learning Square members to shadow them.
5. Attend a two-day Live-in-Learning
6. Help BPs finish the Exploration tasks.
7. Attend the blue skies Showcase Forum.
8. Remain in frequent contact by telephone or email to discuss
issues or problems raised by BPs.
9. Adopt a proactive approach to offering support and checking
the progress of the BPs.
10. Provide verbal learning reports on the progress and
operation of their Learning Square.
11. Attend the blue skies Celebration at the end of the
programme.
