Beginning Principal’s Portfolio
While the three types of principal’s portfolios
suggested above are very important, we suggest
that Beginning Principals should at a minimum, use
the following guide to put together a Beginning
Principal’s Portfolio.
The ‘point’ of this portfolio is that the process of
gathering evidence for each criteria will enable the
Beginning Principal to self-assess how they are
going in building their leadership capability.
