Philip Zhang described the debate experience at the United Nations Conference Center in Bangkok as a most enlightening one.
Philip shared more good news with us - an Intervarsity Debate in September 2004, is being organised between HKIEd and Nanjing Normal University. The first round will be held in Nanjing with Philip serving as co-ordinator. "In addition to the many new opportunities being created for students, the contest will also create a new opportunity for me. This is the first time I have been involved in organising an intervarsity event."

Forty HKIEd students will be flying to Nanjing this summer. Looking forward to welcoming them, Philip and Nancy both said, "Our classmates are very friendly, we hope they will have as unforgettable a time in Nanjing as we did in Hong Kong."
