The love for children drives Wai-chun's
determination to become a good teacher.

Twenty years had passed when Joanna revived her dream with the encouragement of her family. She registered for the Institute's Certificate of Education programme and her outstanding performance in her 3-year study was the best gift she could give to her supportive husband and children.

What had motivated Joanna to persevere with her dream? It dated back to her student days when she met a kind-hearted teacher who encouraged her to continue her studies. This teacher was even willing to support Joanna financially in order to ensure she would not drop out. Joanna was deeply moved by such care and concern; she could never forget the teacher who sowed in her the seed to be a teacher.

Let us wish Ka-chun and Joanna all the best in their professional careers as teachers.
