Holding bachelor’s and master’s degrees in music performance from China, I have extensive experience in Western classical and Chinese music as a solo singer. I completed my doctoral research at the UCL-IoE in 2011 and hold an Honorary Research Fellow position at the University of Queensland. I have been collaborating on joint research studies that span diverse areas, including music performance, musicology, singing pedagogy, the psychology of music, psychoacoustics, and digital musicology.
