MEd Graduate of EdUHK Won the Fifth Feng Zikai Chinese Children’s Picture Book Award

Ms Adeline Ko, a graduate of the Master of Education (with an area of focus on Children Literature) of The Education University of Hong Kong, won the Fifth Feng Zikai Chinese Children’s Picture Book Award.  She is the first picture book author and illustrator in Hong Kong to receive this award.  Her book “Waiting”, published by the Picture Book Cultural Industry (PBCI), features a story about a family with a cat which anticipates the birth of a new child.  The Fifth Feng Zikai Chinese Children’s Picture Book Award will organise a book exhibition at EdUHK in October 2017, and talks by winners will also take place.
