Exploring Academic Frontiers: FHM's Inspiring Journey to Shanghai and Nanjing

Led by Chair Professor of Cultural History Prof Dennis Cheng Kat Hung, Dr Lee Kwai Sang, Dr Aaron Shang Haifeng and Dr Hui Kwok Wai, on behalf of FHM, visited the National Institute for Advanced Humanistic Studies (NIAHS) of Fudan University, School of Liberal Arts and the Institute for Advanced Studies in Humanities and Social Sciences of Nanjing University, as well as the Faculty of Humanities of Nanjing Normal University on 26-29 February 2024.
The delegation had formal meetings and intellectual exchanges with the Deans and the senior management of these institutions and drafted three Memorandums of Understanding to outline plans for promoting exchange and collaboration between FHM and these universities.
Meanwhile, Prof Cheng delivered three talks to all staff and students of the NIAHS of Fudan University and the Institute for Advanced Studies in Humanities and Social Sciences of Nanjing University on Chinese intellectual history and I-Ching studies.
