Programmes like this only work if everyone involved is dedicated to
learning, ultimately for the improvement of schools. There is no use
kidding ourselves that involvement will not consume additional time,
energy and brain-power - this has to be part of the deal. We believe;
however, that this is outweighed by the benefits which come with working
closely on professional endeavours with colleagues from your own and other
schools. The bottom line, though, is that Links will only work if you want it to
and are able to contribute in an open and professional manner.
