Director

• Complete personal information form
• Attend the matinees, Forum, Live-in-Learning, and Learning Expo
• Attend directors’ Cut
• Be familiar with the purpose and rational of Links
• Organize and lead self-scheduled Alliance meetings
• Guide the Agency Project to ensure relevance
• support Alliance colleagues when needed (contact them fairly regularly throughout)
• Work with Alliance colleagues school
• Contribute a ‘Learning Postcard’ (Optional)
• Provide open honest feedback
• Provide support and assistance to Alliance
• Engage in Online Learning
• Be open to new ideas and feedback
• Attend Agency Project presentation day
• Consciously nurture learning Networks
• Relax
