Connectors

              • Assist programme development and monitor its relevance to schools
              • Attend directors’ Cut
              • Complete the personal information form
              • Attend the matinees, Forum, Live-in-Learning, and Learning Expo
              • Organize/lead gatherings for directors/Alliances
              • Oversee and/or support the Agency Projects
              • stay connected with EsF and principals to be an advocate
              • support directors when needed (contact them fairly regularly throughout)
              • Contribute some ‘Learning Postcards’ (Optional)
              •  Explain  the  purpose  and  structure  of  Links  to  people  not  directly  involved  in  the
                  programme
              • introduce activities through presentation, when necessary
              • Ensure everyone understands expectations
              • maintain an overview of learning in Alliances
              • Be available to offer advice when necessary
              • Troubleshoot any problems
              • identify potential speakers within and outside of EsF
              • Facilitate Alliance meetings when needed
              • Provide connection between Leaders, directors, and programme people
              • Provide and receive honest feedback
              • Engage in Facebook postings and discussions in response to Learning Postcards
              • Consciously nurture the Learning Networks
              • Be open to new ideas and feedback
              • Actively promote Links in a broader educational community (if you like it)
              • Relax
