What is a Sponsor?
A Sponsor is an effective experienced principal who formally agrees
to ‘Sponsor’ three BPs for the duration of the blue skies
programme. In simple terms, they agree to advise and support the
professional learning of the BPs during the first years of their
principalship. As such they take three interrelated roles.

● Principal Coach
● Professional Counsel
