What you can do as a Sponsor
1. Regularly interact with BPs to help build their leadership
capacity.
2. Provide BPs with on-going feedback, advice and information
that informs their practice and development.
3. Help BPs become familiar with formal rules and informal
norms associated with the principalship.
4. Encourage a learning environment embedded within principal
networking.
5. Develop a collegial support system through networks.
6. Establish a purpose to guide Learning Square.
7. Be patient and follow-up, follow-up, follow-up.
