The ‘3Cs’ for an Edupreneur
Competence, Character and Care are the core qualities behind a great service leader.
These qualities are natural organic forces, such that people can easily connect with, understand
and exercise (Chung, 2020). If everyone in a team, including the leader and the followers, offers
their best Competence, Character and Care, significant errors can be reduced to the minimum.
Although ordinary people have a certain level of the 3Cs, it is crucial to make people aware
and fluent in the subject of these skills that they already possess.

Competence is defined as—
Ability to be a champion
Ability to communicate effectively
A can-do mindset
Confidence in one's ability
Coherence in work activity
Connection skills
Competence means doing things right. A competent person benefits everyone
as he/she has skills in strategic planning and communication.
Strategic planning refers to the expertise in defining a vision and building steps
to reach that goal, having excellent communication skills that make it easier
to communicate ideas and thoughts, as well as to train people more effectively.
In the context of school management, a teacher needs to demonstrate essential
skills that are required to accomplish their school-based or subject-based
curriculum.
