1. To provide a full-fund for students with special education needs from low-income or newly arrived families to receive suitable trainings to improve their social skills and learning
2. To provide early intervention and support to the development of focus, social skills, communication, emotional control, self-management, comprehension and writing skills in students with special education needs
3. To strengthen the cohesion within families and create a mentally-healthy environment for children to grow through conducting workshops for parents
- Aged 3 to 8
- Suitable for children with the following symptoms:
- Language delay
- Difficulty in focusing and sustaining attention
- Emotional and behavioral problems
- Poor self-management
- Lack of controllability (or show impulsive behaviors)
