Hong Kong’s annual education event, the "Learning and Teaching Expo 2025," successfully concluded from July 2 to 4, 2025, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. I-WELL was honoured to be invited by the Education Bureau and the Productivity Council to showcase the innovative educational technology project "TeachTech+," funded by the Quality Education Fund (e-Learning Ancillary Facilities Programme). Through presentations and interactive demo sessions, I-WELL allowed participants to experience firsthand how "TeachTech+" integrates AI technology for teaching analysis, teacher training, and professional development. Nearly 100 attendees inquired about the project, with many praising its foresight, uniqueness, and practicality. Several school representatives further explored trial and procurement details.
On July 4, 2025 (Friday), during the "Startup Circle" forum, Co Project Manager Ms. Chan Pui Yan and Project Officer Ms. Wong Tsz Ching shared insights on "AI-Based Learning Analytics: Strategies for Enhancing Teaching Quality" with over 30 educators, experts, scholars, government representatives, and innovators from around the world. They discussed leveraging AI to improve teaching quality and develop personalized teaching strategies, fostering cross-sector collaboration.
Additionally, the Quality Education Fund will sponsor publicly funded schools to use the project for three years. The project’s outcomes are expected to be released in the second batch (February 2026).
