My research interests focus on art education, community-based arts, cultural responsiveness, and the role of generative AI and advanced technologies in the creative process. In our rapidly evolving digital age, the integration of AI and technology offers unprecedented opportunities for innovation and creativity in the arts. I am excited to explore with my students how these advancements are reshaping artistic practices and educational methodologies. I encourage students with a critical mind and a clear purpose to join us in pushing the boundaries of what art and education can achieve. Whether you are a prospective student curious about the intersection of technology and art or an enrolled student diving into research, I am here to support and inspire your journey.
