Master of Arts in Digital Humanities for Cultural Professionals [MADHCP]

The MADHCP programme is offered in a one-year full-time mode. Most courses are offered once per year. Full-time students are expected to complete the programme requirements within one year. Classes in the same or different semester(s) may be scheduled on weekday daytime/evenings, weekends and/or during long holidays at the Tai Po Campus / Tseung Kwan O Study Centre / North Point Study Centre / Kowloon Tong Satellite Study Centre and/or other locations as decided by the University.

Semesters

The programme will be taught over two semesters, September-December and January-June. There will be a non-teaching period before the end of each semester for students to complete course assignments. Students normally complete all coursework by the end of May, or early-June for students taking the Digital Humanities Project. Final results are normally announced in August.

The MADHCP programme consists of 24 credit points (cps) and will be offered in a one-year full-time mode. Students are required to take two core courses and six elective courses to complete the programme. Alternatively, one elective can be replaced by a Digital Humanities Project.
