Cultural activities during the overseas field experience in Beijing

Time flies and our graduation is coming soon. Throughout the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language (BA[TCSL], we not only learn the knowledge and skills for teaching Chinese as a second language, but also build up a strong personality of being a bilingual teacher even it is a huge task to promote Chinese as a second language. My unforgettable experience - teaching foreigners Chinese - happened during my overseas field experience. I was excited and overjoyed with my first teaching opportunity. The programme provides us with a full picture of this industry and helps us to acquire more authentic working experience. I believe I could make good use of the experience to cope with the challenges and opportunities that I will come across in the future.
