Course Synopsis
This is a course intended for beginner of Putonghua. It aims to provide students with a good foundation in Putonghua and the culture of the Putonghua speaking world, with the main focus in developing students’ oral communication skills. It also aims to familiarize students with basic Chinese characters, words and sentences. After the completion of this course, students will be able to interact with others to perform basic function in simple Putonghua.

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
