Learning Avenues
Individual- or Alliance-Scheduled
Learning Postcards
Each Alliance will receive a series of Learning Postcards. These will present
an array of issues, ideas or problems designed to stimulate thinking and
discussion. These will be written by participants as part of their involvement
and we hope some will be developed by principals and other EsF colleagues.
Postcards may be used during formal get-togethers, by individuals or by
Alliances, at their discretion. Participants are invited to respond to these
postcards. more information on how to do this will follow.
Leadership Basics
Everyone will have access to a series of leadership booklets designed as
self-Help guides. These will target certain leadership-basics, including Dealing
with Poor Performers, Managing Meetings and Interview Skills. Certain skills
will also be incorporated into matinees. These will generally be available
electronically only.
