Learning Avenues

Centrally-scheduled (whole-group, face-to-face)

Matinees
These are about four and a half hours (4.5) long and will be conducted at different
times of the day (please check the schedule). There are five matinee sessions
during the programme. These are get-togethers at which we’ll use different
pedagogies and approaches to inquire into topics incorporated in the Capability
Framework:

1. Leading Learning
2. Leading Others
3. Teams in the international schools
4. Leading Talent
5. Leading strategically
6. Leading for improved Outcomes

Forums
These run for the day. There are two (2) Forums during the programme. One
Forum is the Learning Expo where you present your Agency Projects. We’ll
invite different people to lead these get-togethers. The key leadership themes
addressed will be Leading Learning and schools, and Agency Project Learning
Expo. Lunch is included.

Live-in-Learning
This is a two day residential programme that will run over a Friday and
saturday. some pre-programme preparation will be needed in order to
maximise the benefit of the two days.
