Who will judge the
Outputs?
One of the insidious things that has come to typify modern culture due to the
advent of highly popular reality TV shows, is the importance of being judged.
shows like America’s Got Talent, masterChef, and Project Runway place more
emphasis on the judges than on the talent of the contestants.
You will be pleased to know that in the Links programme your input and
achievements will not be assessed by ‘outside’ judges, but by:
1. Yourself – have your leadership understandings and
leadership skills improved?
2. Your Alliance members – has your contribution and
sharing made a difference to the learning and
achievement of others?
3. Your school principal – has your engagement with the
programme led to actual improvements for your school?
Your participation in Links can provide exemption towards the international
Executive master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Change (iEmA) offered
by the HKiEd. This means your work can substitute for at least one module of
the iEmA and that you do not have to pay for that module. Let us know if you
would like to investigate this option.
