Learning Avenues

Alliance-scheduled (small-group, face-to-face)

Alliance Meetings
Alliances will schedule their own meetings – these can be anytime or
anywhere. some of these will be during our formal sessions. They should try
to meet at least six (6) times during the programme. initial meetings should be
around team building (perhaps using Learning Postcards), Leadership Platforms
and/or clarifying context. Eventually meetings will focus mainly on learning
through the school-driven inquiry. The directors will organise these meetings.
Alliances which do not meet miss unique learning opportunities. make this a
priority.

Reporting Back
Alliances will shape and schedule when they will update the principal and
share learning with school colleagues. They will decide the focus of both
the updating and sharing with colleagues. This may be done at staff or
department meetings, or at specifically arranged meetings.
