Leadership Capability
Framework
Links works within the EsF Leadership Capability Framework. We have used the
new framework to organise Links sessions.
The framework, like Links, does not attempt to dictate what you must do to
be a successful leader. Rather it provides a structure which indicates what is
important while leaving room for leaders to learn, apply and adapt in their
schools. during the programme we will attempt to help leaders inquire and
make links between the layers of the Capability Framework.
The purpose of the model is to frame inquiry and learning rather than to dictate
it.
