8. The team then reviews the evidence and reaches shared conclusions
about whether it has been successful or not, and if not, what to try
next.
On TV, the heroes always conclude the episode by beating the disease or finding
the criminal; in schools there is similarly a marked degree of success, but not all
proposals for change necessarily bring improvements.
In this Agency Project, you are asked to go through the process of inquiry based
leadership learning similar to points 1 to 8 but with more rigor and attention to
detail. The purpose is to make the Links leadership programme both practical
and worthwhile in the sense of achieving tangible improvements in your school
and, at the same time, bringing real improvements in your own leadership
capabilities.
