Quality Assurance
In order to maintain the quality of the programme the following
mechanisms will be instituted.
● All sessions will be formally evaluated using specifically
designed evaluation questionnaires.
● The EDB will conduct independent evaluations at different
stages of the programme.
● An external (international) consultant will be employed to
monitor the programme. As well as reviewing all programme
components and evaluation reports he/she will visit a
representative group of participants (BPs, Sponsors and Head
Sponsors) to investigate the programme’s effectiveness and
influence on learning.
● All reflective learning reports are submitted to HKIEd for
quality assessment.
Reporting Structure
● Sponsors complete two oral reports directly to Allan over
Sponsor Evaluative Meetings in the programme year.
● Sponsors send their final written report to Allan directly. Allan
will return comments if you like.
N.B. All information submitted to blue skies will be KEPT TOTALLY
CONFIDENTAL. No one has access to any individual or Learning
Square data. All Sponsors / Head Sponsors have pledged to maintain
confidentiality and we have never experienced any problems in this
area.
