Certificate of Participation
Requirements*
Minimum Entry Requirements
Participants must be experienced principals who are recognized for the
quality of their leadership. They are selected by a core team of their
principal peers.
Attendance Requirements
● Attend the Sponsor Training workshop(s) / meeting(s);
● Attend the Live-in-Learning;
● Attend the Showcase Forum;
● Attend at least 60% of the Stimulus Series
(i.e. three out of five meetings);
● Participate in at least 60% of self-scheduled Learning Square
Meetings (a minimum of three meetings);
● Complete the Shadow Learning requirements.
Submission Requirements
● Engage in two oral report meetings and submit one written report
on the progress and activities of their Learning Squares to Allan
within the given timeframes;
● Keep an accurate ‘learning log’ of their own and their Learning
Squares involvement in blue skies.
* Sponsors who find themselves in exceptional circumstances
during the programme may apply for some components to be
substituted. This will be at the discretion of the programme
coordinator. Substitutions must meet appropriate equivalence
standards. Some Sponsors will be paired with a more experienced
Sponsor for the duration of the programme.
