Objectives
The blue skies programme seeks to locate leadership learning within
school and personal contexts and a rich collaborative network of
experienced leaders. It provides a range of opportunities for Beginning
Principals to:
Assess their principalship through reflection, collection and
feedback of their leadership.
Connect with fellow principals and other professionals to discuss,
debate and learn ways to improve their schools.
Explore new and innovative ideas that will enhance
effectiveness as a leader and lead to improved learning
outcomes.
Discover ways to improve their day-to-day management and
balance their work and private lives.
Chart their continued growth and development as a leader.
Enhance the learning and lives of the students and teachers in their
care.
