Programme Organisation
This project is about innovation, entrepreneurialism and change management in educational
organisations. This programme will give you a head start on preparing yourself to become
a capable middle leader in schools and be equipped with edupreneurial skills in leading a team.
It includes a total of eight sessions made up of workshops, consultation sessions and participants’
presentations.
Teaching and learning strategies
The programme will be conducted in the format of face-to-face workshops and/ or online
teaching with participants' presentations, and online consultation sessions in small groups with
the instructors.
