                                     Dr HO Chun Sing Maxwell Principal Investigator
                                     Scholar-Practitioner Fellow, Asia Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change


                                     Maxwell is a Scholar-Practitioner Fellow of The Joseph Lau Luen Hung
                                     Charitable Trust Asia Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change, and
                                     Lecturer of the Department of Education Policy and Leadership of The
                                     Education University of Hong Kong. Maxwell commenced his teaching
                                     career    in   secondary     business    education     after   receiving
                                     his Bachelor of Education (Business Studies) degree at the Education
                                     University of Hong Kong (First class honours) in 2008. He further earned
                                     a Master of Arts in the Chinese University of Hong Kong and

                                     his doctorate from The Education University of Hong Kong.


                                     Maxwell’s  research  interests  include  teacher  entrepreneurialism  and
                                     school leadership education. He has conducted school-based middle
                                     leadership and entrepreneurial teachers training programmes
                                     in local schools since 2019. He is keenly interested in business and
                                     financial  education  and  launched  An Adaptive Blended Learning
                                     Platform for Business Teachers and Students to Work as a Learning

                                     Community, a QEF-funded project to promote adaptive blended
                                     learning in 2019. The programme has produced 208 videos covering
                                     24 topics of the BAFS curriculum, with 26 schools benefited from the
                                     project.
