Call for Papers

We are seeking presentation of the parallel sessions for an interactive professional learning platform on sharing good PE practices in promoting healthy living among students in Hong Kong. You are cordially invited to submit a short abstract outlining the details of the presentation by 30 April 2011. The proposed presentation may be:

an 60-minute oral presentation; or
a poster presentation.

The presentation should focus on:

Innovative curricular and pedagogical PE practices;
school-based PE curricular and pedagogical practices;
practicum and post practicum sharing and discussion in PE; or
others like legal and insurance aspects of PE, IT in PE, inclusive education, etc. appeal to, and be targeted at PE practitioners.

The abstract should:

be a maximum of 300 words for a presentation;
include details of the title, author(s) and school(s); and
provide a brief outline of the proposed topic.

The presentations are expected to be one of the key feature from the Summer School for PE Teachers 2011. The intention is that these provide an ideal forum for PE practitioners/schools to share and discuss their good practice with colleagues in an interactive ways.
